CIRLOCK’s Modern Slavery Policy
Cirlock Pty Ltd expects all of its suppliers and their supply chain partners to provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment or any form of abuse, and to treat team members and other workers fairly, including with respect to wages, working hours and benefits, in accordance with applicable laws.
Cirlock Pty Ltd will not conduct business knowingly with anyone engaged in modern slavery or human trafficking or knowingly permit such conduct to be carried out in any of its supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance position to Modern Slavery.
Employees – all employees are required to comply with Cirlocks Modern Slavery Policy.
‘Modern Slavery’ means:
Conduct which could constitute an offence under either Division 270 or 271 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code (Cth) such as slavery, servitude, forced labour, deceptive recruiting, debt bondage and any for of human trafficking; and any form of child labour prohibited by law.
