CIRLOCK aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from goods we keep in stock. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being out of stock or with special customization. In the event that ordered items have excessive delivery times CIRLOCK will contact you and notify you of the issue. If this does occur you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as possible, or cancel the order.

Order are accepted a the sole discretion of CIRLOCK and are subject to your credit card being authorized for the transaction All transactions are conducted either via Paypal, or e-Paths 128bit encrypted server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

Prices are offered in Australian Dollars. Other prices are calculated from the AUD amount at the exchange rate that updated daily. CIRLOCK reserve the right to amend erroneous information (including prices and transactions). We make every effort to ensure the information is accurate, however, changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain you agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.


All orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days. If the item is out of stock or requires special customization we aim to dispatch these items within 10 – 15 working days. If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you as soon as possible.

Handling and Shipping

CIRLOCK can deliver worldwide. All prices are EXW Buderim, Queensland Australia. Delivery costs are dependant on your chosen delivery address. Prices do not include any import duties, levies or fees which may be payable.
All prices on the website include Australian Goods and Services Tax. The GST amount is displayed when viewing the shopping cart and is only charged to orders with an invoice address situated within Australia.

Complaints Procedure

We endeavor to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email or call us on +61-7-5445 2910. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
CIRLOCK are happy to replace faulty goods free of charge, up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Please ring/email first to discuss the problem and see what steps need to be taken. Then if asked, return goods with an explanatory note specifying what the fault is with a copy of the original invoice, clearly showing date of purchase.
We do not accept returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement, by telephone or email, in which case we will deduct the original cost of postage and packing, plus a 15% handling fee. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and suitable for re-sale.
